What is your refund policy?
Upon confirmation of your booking, all fees paid in advance for any purchases of our services will be NON-REFUNDABLE regardless of circumstances.
How about rescheduling?
There is no additional fee for you to reschedule any private one-on-one tutorial or coaching session, provided that you give us more than two (2) business days notice and notify us by telephone during our regular business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00am-4:00pm Hong Kong time).
What if I.M. Tutors cancels or reschedules?
I.M. Tutors reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any of our educational services and events, including but not limited to a tutorial, class, webinar, or coaching session, due to low enrollment, inclement weather, or other extenuating circumstances.
On the rare occasion I.M. Tutors needs to cancel or reschedule a service or event on short notice, you will be offered to reschedule (if possible), to receive a refund, or to receive a credit for another I.M. Tutors service or event.
What if damage is done while In-Home Tutoring?
I.M. Tutors will not assume any liability for any form of damage to any person or property that takes place outside of I.M. Tutors’ premises and arises from the provision of services performed by any tutor, mentor or coach procured through the I.M. Tutors network. All of the tutors, mentors and coaches offering their services through I.M. Tutors are independent contractors. None of them is an employee for whom I.M. Tutors bears vicarious liability.
